Devils Garden Campground – Arches National Park

Overview

The Devils Garden Campground is the only developed campground inside Arches National Park, and it offers one of the most unforgettable ways to experience the park. Surrounded by sandstone fins, arches, and spires, this campground allows you to wake up with sunrise lighting up red rock cliffs and fall asleep under one of the darkest star-filled skies in the Southwest. Camoping here means you’re just steps away from world-class hiking trails like Landscape Arch, Double O Arch, and Navajo Arch.

If you’re looking for the best place to camp inside Arches National Park, Devils Garden is it.

Location

The campground sits at the end of the Arches Scenic Drive, about 18 miles from the park entrance and visitor center. Driving from Moab, it usually takes 40–45 minutes to reach Devils Garden. Along the way you’ll pass many of the park’s most famous viewpoints, including Balanced Rock and the Fiery Furnace, making the drive itself a highlight.
