Corona Arch is one of the most unforgettable hikes near Moab. Rising 140 feet high and 105 feet across, this sandstone giant rivals the arches in Arches National Park, but you don’t need a park pass to see it. The trail is short, fun, and full of variety, with slickrock, cables, a ladder, and nonstop views of canyon country. If you only have time for one hike outside the national parks, make it Corona Arch.
